Terms and Conditions

This proposal is valid for (1) month only. Rates may change without prior notice.

Payment Terms

We accept payment in the form of the following:

100% payment upon acceptance of proposal.

Payment options are: Cash upon pickup and bank transfer.

For indent order- 50% down payment upon order and 50% balance prior to delivery

Official receipt will be provided after full payment of total contract price plus VAT has been settled and processed.

Contract

Contract Exclusions:
  1. Delivery charges
  2. Crating charges for long-haul delivery if required (With additional 5 working days lead time)
  3. Other services not indicated in this contract.

Shipping

Shipping Options:
  1. Self-pickup at 685B Metropolitan Street, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
  2. Pick up time is from Mondays – Fridays (except on holidays) from 9:00 am – 11:30am and 1:00 pm – 4:30pm.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchange Policy
  1. Customers can apply for return/exchange up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt, where day one is the receipt date.
  1. Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following: Faulty, defective, missing or damaged product; Wrong item is delivered.
  1. We have a “No unpacking video/No return or refund” policy. In case of defective or missing item, please send full video to [email protected] and attach the official receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, with complete accessories, manual and attached price tag. Allow 7 working days of processing time plus the shipping period.
  1. Refunds will be issued as store credit if a replacement is not applicable or the item is out of stock. We will notify the customer of the refund status after inspecting the returned item. If the return is approved, store credit will be initiated, and the customer will receive it within seven (7) working days.

Product Warranty

Warranty Period, Coverage and Exclusions:

Seven (7) days limited warranty for mechanisms, accessories, ready-made kitchen and BIY collections from date of receipt, where day one is the receipt date.

One (1) year limited warranty for SCHAFFEN products from date of receipt, where day one is the receipt date.

These limited warranties cover free replacement of parts resulting from factory defects.

Exclusions: Damages caused by third party delivery; staining and rusting; damages resulted from normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, natural calamities; exposure to extreme temperature; accidental damage from handling including scratches and nicks; improper storage; unauthorized repair, alteration or modification; expiration of period warranty.

Warranty claims shall be subject to Tenbuild Trading Corp verification and investigation. Tenbuild shall determine whether the product is still under warranty.
