Item is of very good quality and fairly easy to set up/install. It was delivered in good condition and earlier than the estimated date of delivery. There was a problem with one of the parts (wrong size, sealed item from the factory) but the seller, through one of its representatives, was very responsive and easy to talk to, and they were able to remedy the matter within a reasonable amount of time at no extra cost on my part. Highly recommended.

Very nice knife holder. Delivery arrived after 4 days from date or purchase. My only problem is that the middle slot was inverted so I couldn't fit knives in some of the holes. Luckily I found out you can open the steel frame from the back, so I just reinserted that middle part the right way.
I like that the knives are more open to air this way, so after washing I can immediately put them in the knife holder to dry

It's almost 40% less expensive than the other one that I am eyeing to buy. I'm just wondering if the bug will not enter kasi ung side niya is made of flat sheet only. The handles are made of plastic. But the front face nya malakas makasosyal ‘pag na-install na. I am considering to put sealant sa sides to make sure walang insect makakapasok. The unit is great. Walang dent. Maayos ang packaging. Can't wait to install it very soon. Wait for other kitchen appliances.
